During the production process of the motor rotor, various factors such as uneven material, porosity or shrinkage in castings, errors in part weight and processing errors can cause imbalance in rotor weight. Therefore, after assembly, the rotor needs to be dynamically balanced and corrected using the motor rotor dynamic balancing machine.

A technician from Shenman Dynamic Balancing Machine Factory shared that the rotor of motors with a rated speed of 1000 rpm or below or above can only be calibrated for static balance, while other motor rotors need to be calibrated for dynamic balance. The operating procedures for dynamic balance correction of motor rotors are as follows. Please collect them from both new and old users. We can customize special models of dedicated balancing machines according to user needs. If you have more questions about dynamic balancing, please consult our customer service personnel.
1. Before starting work, tidy up the site, place all parts and components steadily, and check whether the assembly tools and working environment are safe and good.
2. When lifting large components such as the motor base, bottom plate, stator, rotor, bearings, etc., square boxes or wooden pads must be placed properly. It is strictly prohibited to operate under suspended objects, and close cooperation with crane operators and hook operators is required.
3. When balancing the motor rotor, it is necessary to follow the "Safety Operating Regulations for Dynamic Balancing Machines".
4. The stator in front of the motor rotor must be placed steadily and firmly padded to prevent tipping.
5. When installing the bottom plate on the stator and bearing seat, it is not allowed to place gaskets at the same time.
6. When using a hand hammer and a sledgehammer, a sturdy wooden handle with a metal wedge must be used. It is strictly prohibited to wear gloves when hammering, and attention should be paid to whether there are people in the front and back.
7. When drilling positioning holes, it is necessary to follow the "Drilling Machine Safety Operating Regulations". When using a movable drilling machine, it is necessary to place it steadily.
8. When cooperating with the test, it is necessary to closely communicate with the test personnel and comply with the "Electrical Test Safety Operating Procedures". The oil stains around the test platform and motor should be wiped clean. The jumping board, climbing frame, and up and down ladders must be securely installed.
9. When using handheld electric tools, relevant safety regulations must be followed.
10. Flammable and explosive materials should be properly stored, and should not be thrown or placed randomly. It is strictly prohibited to approach fireworks or high temperatures.
11. When assembling the motor, fingers should not be placed in the gap between the end cover and the base to prevent injury when closing; When assembling screws, do not use your fingers to probe into the holes.
12. Wear gloves when heating bearings to prevent burns.
13. Smoking and flames are strictly prohibited when cleaning bearings with flammable materials. The heating temperature of kerosene shall not exceed 60 ℃. The cleaning area must have good ventilation devices.
14. When installing the rotor, pay attention to the burrs in the shaft pin keyway to prevent fingers from being cut.
15. When assembling the motor and moving it onto the workbench, attention should be paid to the safety of surrounding personnel.
