At present, with the application of micro-computer technology, the balancing machine has entered a brand-new era, and its performance, accuracy and operability have been significantly improved. It is also widely used in electric tools, machinery manufacturing, fan, motor, paper, textile, household electrical appliances, metallurgy and other fields. Like other mechanical products, the dynamic balancer will speed up loss and shorten service life if it can not be maintained well. Therefore, in order to save more costs, we must pay attention to the maintenance of the dynamic balancer.

To keep the balancer clean from time to time, the guide rail surfaces should be kept clean and oiled and rust-proof from time to time. The surface of the support block or roller should be kept clean and no iron or dust debris should be adhered to. The support block or roller and rotor journal should be wiped off before each work and a little lubricant added. When moving the support frame, the rotor should be rotated at the same time or the left and right support frames should be moved at the same speed so as to avoid scratches and abrasions on the journal and the surface of the rollers. Never allow the rotor to be knocked or hit on the roller frame.

The lens glass of the optoelectronic head of the dynamic balancing machine should always be wiped clean by wiping the mirror paper or cloth so as to keep it clean. Never wipe the mirror surface with an oily yarn head or dirty cloth. Balancer is a precise testing equipment, which should be kept and operated by a special person. Then what should be done well in the process of using the balancer so as to make the service life of the balancer longer?

Daily maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of dynamic balancing machine

1. Keep the surface of the supporting connection clean. Check the lumbar carefully before working, refuel and keep good lubrication during work.

2. The parts of the swing frame have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Do not disassemble them at will during use.

3.Add a suitable amount of oil No.30 to the lubrication area before use in each shift. Butter in each shift should be cleaned and changed once a year.

4. The locking mechanism should be able to lock the swing frame reliably. When loosening, it should leave the swing part completely. The swing frame should only be loosened when measuring and should be locked for the rest of the time. The wheel frame should not move when locking.

5.Balanced parts should not be placed on a shelf during off-hours.

6.Electric boxes should be kept clean to prevent moisture.

7. When the machine is found to be abnormal and unable to handle during use, it is necessary to cut off the power supply in time and inform the maintenance team.
