The principle of tire dynamic balance is that the rotation axis of the tire is not consistent with the center of gravity when it rotates, mainly due to the uneven distribution of tire mass. When the car wheels are driving at high speed, a dynamic imbalance state will be formed, causing the phenomenon of wheel shaking and steering wheel vibration during driving. In order to avoid or eliminate this phenomenon that has already occurred, it is necessary to adjust the balance of each edge of the wheel by increasing the counterweight under dynamic conditions.
The calibration method for tire dynamic balancing machine is:
1. Install the tested tire onto the dynamic balance testing machine. Pull out the ruler on the dynamic balancer for measurement and input it into the first controller;
2. Use a caliper to measure the width of the rim (steel ring) of the tested tire; Input the data of the detected tire into the second controller on the detector;
3. Enter the wheel rim diameter in the controller and start by pressing STOR;
4. After putting down the tire cover of the tire dynamic balancing machine, the tire starts to run automatically and undergo dynamic balancing data detection. After the inspection is completed, the tire stops running and the inspection results are displayed on the screen of the control panel;
5. Slowly rotate the tire, and when the adjacent row of indicator lights for one of the detection data is all on, insert a counterweight block corresponding to the detection data at the 12 o'clock position on the corresponding side of the tire:
6. After the counterweight on both sides of the tire is inserted, perform a dynamic balance test on the tire again until the 1653 operation panel displays data as "0", and the calibration is completed
