The following are several ways to calibrate the dynamic balancing machine:
1. Weight removal method: if the original unbalance and unbalance phase angle have been measured and calculated at the radius of the rotor, then this point is the "key point". We carry out weight removal operation at the same phase and radius by drilling or milling, and the removal quality is. If the weight product vector is full, the rotor is balanced. This is the balancing algorithm of the de-duplication method.
2. Additional dynamic balancing disc method: For rotors that need to be regularly corrected for unbalance, such as grinding wheel rotors, it is recommended to install a balancing disc on the rotor before balancing. A trapezoidal groove is machined on the balance plate for placing additional balance weights, and the end of the outer circle of the plate is evenly graduated.
3. Counterweight component method: In order to facilitate the installation of counterweight, drill evenly distributed screw holes on the balanced rotor first, and add counterweight with mass of and on the two screw holes adjacent to the light spot during correction. If the following vector relationship is satisfied, the rotor can also achieve dynamic balance. These three correction methods are relatively easy to use.
