In actual operation, there may be some problems in the measurement of the loop belt balancing machine, which may cause the measurement value to be unstable. The reasons are as follows:
1. The jacking force of the axial stop frame of the belt balancer is too large.
2. The drive rod of the vibration sensor of the loop belt balancer is loose or the vibration is blocked.
3. The plug or socket of the vibration sensor wire of the belt balancer is loose, resulting in the signal being blocked.
4. The rotor shaft of the ring belt balancing machine is bent or has circular runout and poor finish.
5. The ball of roller bearing is worn or the smoothness and circular runout of roller outer circle are out of tolerance.
