BQ5T fully automatic micro-rotor balancer
1. Extra wide application range
The detection system of BQ5T is composed of step assembly, high-precision displacement sensor, signal processing board and algorithm interface.
The detection part is supported by soft support, and the purpose of high-precision detection of rotor with various weights can be achieved by switching different reeds. The pre-design of fine-tuning device also makes the operation more convenient and easy.
2. Rotary disc manipulator
The rotary table conveying mechanism is used for stable operation and simple maintenance at high speed.
Driven by servo motor, it can run at any angle and speed, and can run continuously at 360 degrees and in the same direction without reciprocating motion, reducing motion action and improving component life.
Electro-pneumatic integrated slip ring and standard gas claw are installed for easy purchasing and replacement of spare parts.

Each action has position detection, clamping device has double detection function of air pressure detection to minimize the occurrence of incorrect action.
3. Feed and Storage Function
Feed conveyor chain is set, which can be used for manual feeding, feeding or directly connecting the upper and lower processes. PLC has redundant ports for connecting.
4. Light Cutting Application of Heavy Cutting Mechanism
Guide pillar guide sleeve mechanism is mostly used in the die industry because it is a sliding surface contact bearing mechanism with high precision and rigidity. The cutting feed mechanism of this machine also uses 4-guide pillar structure and MISUMI guide pillar guide sleeve component, which greatly increases the rigidity of the whole cutting system. The increased rigidity further reduces the error between the actual cutting amount and the theoretical cutting amount, thus improving the pass rate.
5. Automatic discharge sorting
The discharging station has a non-conforming storage bin for the automatically rejected non-conforming products. (Non-conforming products are mainly from products marked in case of excessive imbalance and other test items such as minor faults of external equipment.)
6. Formula function
The built-in recipe storage function of the equipment facilitates the storage of production process data of different workpieces. When the next production of the same workpiece is carried out, directly call up parameters to avoid repeated dispensing and waste time.
The recipe data supports replication, reduces parameter settings for similar workpieces, and supports English, upper and lower case and numeric input for recipe names.
7. Digital Touch Control Interface
With the advanced touchscreen, carefully designed operation interface and friendly operation guidance process, as well as the internal intelligent algorithm structure, the whole device is presented to users in the form of the most concise operation mode and the smartest operation logic.
