The automatic balancing machine of Shanghai Shenman AYLD-30 clutch riveting machine is designed and manufactured for balancing pressure plate assembly clutch assembly, automatic balancing hydraulic riveting design and manufacture of single-station balancing weighing machine, which uses fixture of locating pin and equipped with balancing weighing device to carry out balancing test on assemblies within specifications. Except manual loading and unloading and manual positioning of balancing rivets, all actions such as balancing measurement, intelligent positioning and parking, etc. The main shaft is locked when hydraulic riveting, riveting correction, laser marking, intelligent parking and re-checking are all carried out automatically by computer and PLC.

Equipment features of AYLD-30 automatic hydraulic riveting balancer:
1. There is a special man-machine interface for changing and adjusting the processing parameters of parts. The contents of punch diameter, radius of weight removal position, minimum balance quantity, weight position of parts, weight indexing angle (distance between weight holes), hole avoidance function, obstacle avoidance function (some positions can not be weighted), number of weight position and measuring speed etc. need to be displayed on the screen. It is guaranteed that program changes will be achieved by changing the relevant content in the interface to meet the requirements of this type of work-piece processing.
2. Basic action flow
Manually place the workpiece on the fixture --- press the start button --- machine rotates automatically --- machine automatically measures the original unbalance and angle of workpiece --- automatic stop rotation --- manually place rivet in the counterweight hole --- press the hydraulic start button --- hydraulic riveting clamping automatically --- counterweight is completed, power head returns automatically, main shaft locates the next hole, Rivet all balances --- machine automatic starting --- qualified --- machine automatic shutdown --- fixture automatic loosening -- (e.g. non-conforming machine automatic secondary weighing)
Advantages of equipment operation:
1. Configure hydraulic correction unit, servo motor is used to control screw feed in horizontal direction of power head, and unloading power is used to offset power head feed force; Manual up-down adjustment device for power head with safety limit device on the system.
2. When riveting with hydraulic pressure, feed quickly in safe distance and feed slowly and uniformly at riveting position. Riveting force can be adjusted by pressure regulating device.
3. When balancing riveting, the power head advances, then rivets. After riveting, the riveting joint is loosened and the power head recedes to avoid uneven work obstacles.

12. Special procedures: measurement, compensation, fault self-check and calibration procedures, workpiece parameter setting and parameter storage;

14. The system has the function of quality statistics, for example, the unbalanced quantity is counted by percentage according to the size of unbalanced quantity, and the system has the function of quantity statistics.
